The Apostolic Church in Ipaja area of Lagos after she allegedly
abandoned her 3-day old baby there.
The suspect who turned herself in yesterday told one of the
pastors at the church that she dumped the girl because her
father refused to accept her.
She was taken to Gowon Estate Police station to make a report
where she was promptly arrested.
The baby discovered around 7am on Sunday has been taken to
a Lagos-based Children Welfare agency for proper care.
